Cancellations
Parks Art Collection does not allow for order cancellations, but please contact us using the Contact page on this website if you have questions about your order.
Returns & Exchanges
I want you to love your Park Art Collection purchase, so I gladly accept returns and exchanges.
Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Ship items back within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buy is responsible for any loss in value.
In Case of a Damaged Item
Parks Art Collection takes special care during packaging to ensure that your keepsake is protected during shipping. In the unlikely event that your item is damaged during shipping, contact us by emailing elainaries@gmail.com. Please include your name, the email address used to place the order (if different from the one with which you are contacting us), the order number, and a photograph of the damaged item.
